Advanced Bodywork Therapist

Program Goal
Students will become proficient in advanced deep and subtle massage, bodywork, and healing techniques, develop an understanding of anatomy and kinesiology (study of body movement) and increase their skills to an advanced level, learn ethics and business skills and become more confident and grounded in their practice. Graduates will have acquired the skills necessary to begin a private massage practice in jurisdictions that do not require CAMTC Certification and will earn hours towards the 500 hours needed for CAMTC Certification.
Program Outline
Students will learn the theory and practice of a variety of therapeutic massage modalities enabling them to plan and perform a wide range therapeutic massages.
