Students will learn the theory and practice of therapeutic massage, will be qualified to give a complete therapeutic massage to friends and family and will have a basic understanding of anatomy. A few California jurisdictions allow professional practice of massage with 100 hours of training (go to the business office of the town or county where you wish to practice to find out). Once we are approved by CAMTC the class hours will count towards the 500 hour Professional Massage Therapist program.
